● A water dust scrubber with a defoaming device is a kind of
effective dust removal equipment for dusty air.
● It is characterized by compact structure, convenient
installation, stable running, and high dust removal efficiency,
etc.
● There is a defoaming device at the top of the straight cylinder.
The defoaming device consists of two folded plates or several
folded plates with certain angle The upper and lower layers are
staggered to prevent air from rising directly from the vent.
● There are some column plates arranged horizontally at the middle
of the cylinder. Some circular holes whose diameter are marked as
φd are evenly distributed on the column plates, the distance
between the holes is marked as L, the numerical values of the d and
L are different depending on the different dust materials.
● The product is a kind of water dust scrubber with a defoaming
device. By changing the rising direction of the dusty air through
the folded plates, the entrainment in the dusty air adhere to the
folded plates. There are large contact area between the folded
plates and the air, the baffling effect is good, thus achieving the
better defoaming effecrt.
